Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will engage with customers through chat, email, and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences while supporting our e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Shopify.
