Sales Development Representative – AI & Tech Solutions

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. As a Sales Development Representative you will run outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, using proprietary sales technology to generate high‑quality meetings across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using the in‑house dialer.
• Engage decision‑makers, understand their business needs and present relevant value propositions.
• Qualify prospects and book high‑quality sales meetings.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products.
• Accurately record call outcomes, prospect information and meeting details in the system.
• Meet individual and team targets for call activity, meetings booked and attended.
• Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong confidence and comfort speaking with strangers on the phone.
• High resilience, patience and persistence to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and driven to succeed in sales.
• Ability to maintain consistent performance in a target‑driven environment.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM onsite in Beirut.
