About the role
We are looking for a confident, articulate and highly organised Client Relationship Executive to join our team in Beirut. This full‑time, on‑site position is phone‑based and focuses on qualifying incoming leads and ensuring only serious, verified clients progress through our process.
Key responsibilities
- Call incoming leads to verify intent and qualify them for our services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in English, Arabic and French.
- Clearly explain our services and answer client questions over the phone.
- Log all call interactions and lead data accurately in the system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to pass on qualified cases.
Required profile
- Confident and articulate communicator.
- Highly organised and comfortable with high‑volume calls.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
