About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this position you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and focus on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
