Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and sensitively.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
