About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in French‑speaking regions. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
