Relationship Officer

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Relationship Officer to join its fast‑growing, multinational team. You will act as the main point of contact for existing clients, helping them navigate our online trading platform while identifying opportunities to expand the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with current clients, providing professional support.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, personal networks and marketing leads.
• Assist clients with account opening, onboarding and ongoing service requests.
• Promote CFI’s trading products and services to achieve sales, funding and acquisition targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Financial Engineering or a related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship, sales or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts as required.
