Relationship Officer

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join its dynamic team. You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, helping them navigate our online trading platform and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into active client accounts.
• On‑board new clients, collect required documentation, and meet company targets.
• Provide timely support by coordinating with internal departments to resolve client requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and follow up on pending or draft leads.
• Conduct product demos, handle objections, and educate clients on services and special offers.
• Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and booking packages for executive presentations.
• Identify trends in client inquiries and relay feedback to improve products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Professional, empathetic demeanor when handling complaints.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
