Sales Assistant

About the role

We’re hiring a dynamic, customer‑focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Horch Tabet, Beirut. As a Sales Assistant you will support our sales team and help create a seamless, professional customer experience across our showroom and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the sales team throughout the customer journey and sales process.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate between customers and sales representatives.
• Assist with sales transactions, reports, data entry and customer records.
• Support the management of e‑commerce platforms and company WhatsApp channels.
• Maintain an organized and well‑presented showroom.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and assist with product presentations and demonstrations.
• Support stock tracking and showroom transfer documentation.
• Assist with sales promotions, marketing initiatives, exhibitions and industry events.
• Build positive relationships with customers and communicate their feedback to the team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Customer‑focused, sales‑oriented and detail‑oriented.
• Dynamic, adaptable and goal‑driven.
• Positive mindset and strong team spirit.
