Recruiter Intern

About the role

Azkatech, a technology company specializing in Odoo ERP solutions, is seeking a Recruiter Intern to support its recruitment process. You will assist in reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Review CVs and filter candidates based on job requirements.
• Search for candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Contact shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, skills, and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
• Prepare and share candidate profiles and feedback with the HR Manager.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other online recruitment platforms.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple candidates.
• Willingness to learn and develop recruitment skills.
• Previous internship or experience in recruitment is a plus.
