R&D Formulation Chemist (3-5 Years Experience)

About the role

Beesline is seeking a passionate R&D Formulation Chemist to join its innovation team. You will work hands‑on in the laboratory to develop and optimise high‑quality cosmetic formulations while ensuring compliance and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise product formulations focusing on performance, stability and quality.
• Research and evaluate raw materials, ingredients and emerging technologies.
• Support scale‑up activities and collaborate with production teams.
• Conduct stability and performance testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, trials and reports.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Scientific and Procurement teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in formulation or product development.
• Background in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and raw materials.
• Hands‑on laboratory experience with an analytical mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Team player with excellent communication abilities.
