R&D Formulation Chemist (3-5 Years Experience)

About the role

As a Formulation Chemist, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing high‑quality formulations, contributing to innovation pipelines while ensuring compliance and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize product formulations with focus on performance, stability and quality.
• Research and evaluate raw materials, ingredients and new technologies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations and consumer preferences.
• Support scale‑up activities and collaborate with production teams.
• Conduct stability and performance testing.
• Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Scientific and Procurement teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, trials and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in formulation or product development.
• Background in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and raw materials.
• Hands‑on lab experience with an analytical mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Team player with excellent communication abilities.
