About the role
The Quality Assurance & ISO Coordinator is a part‑time, on‑site position based in Burj Hammoud. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the company’s quality management systems, including ISO 22000:2018, to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Document and update quality procedures and standards.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor production processes.
- Support corrective and preventive actions and prepare reports for inspections.
- Train bakery staff on quality and food‑safety requirements.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Required profile
- Experience with ISO 22000:2018, internal auditing and documentation control.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices in bakery or food manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional training.
