Procurement & Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement & Sourcing Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end purchasing of fabrics, trims, haberdashery, embroidery and other materials needed for our collections. You will act as the bridge between design, production and both local and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Purchase and procure fabrics, haberdashery, trims, embroidery and related production materials.
• Coordinate with local suppliers, manufacturers, embroiderers and service providers, as well as the company’s in‑house driver for material collection and delivery.
• Communicate with international suppliers regarding availability, pricing, minimum quantities, lead times, shipping and orders.
• Request, follow up and process quotations, invoices, pro‑forma invoices and other purchasing documents.
• Place and track orders, ensuring materials meet required specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of fabric qualities, compositions, colors, suppliers, prices and lead times.

Required profile

• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fashion Production or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, trims, haberdashery and garment construction.
• Previous experience in fashion procurement, sourcing, production or purchasing.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic administrative tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with both local and international suppliers.
