Quality Control Officer

About the role

The Quality Control Officer ensures product labels meet customer specifications, oversees pre‑production inspections, and supports production operations in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Verify label accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
• Conduct pre‑production inspections and monitor production activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, CCP, and OPRP requirements.
• Prevent allergen cross‑contamination through proper production coordination.
• Train and communicate food safety requirements to production personnel.
• Identify, report, and follow up on non‑conformities and corrective actions.
• Perform routine quality inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Support production operations and act as Production Supervisor when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, CCP, and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
