Python Odoo Developer

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Python Odoo Developer to join its fast‑growing, multinational trading team. You will work on designing, building and enhancing Odoo‑based solutions that support the company’s online trading and investment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop new features and products.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in code.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain Odoo modules and integrate them with other services.
• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure quality and security.
• Participate in code reviews, identify anti‑patterns and propose refactorings.
• Contribute to documentation and present implementations to technical leads.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience in Python.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with the Odoo platform.
• Strong understanding of software design, architecture and SDLC processes.
• Experience with service‑oriented architecture and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
