Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimise the full production lifecycle of our technical products. The role involves overseeing assembly, wiring, finishing and packaging while ensuring efficiency, quality and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production processes across multiple facilities, aligning schedules with sales and project requirements.
• Build, supervise and develop a high‑performing production team of technicians, engineers and supervisors.
• Maintain strict quality control and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Optimise processes, reduce waste and improve productivity and margins using Lean principles.
• Manage prototypes, transition designs to production and oversee BOMs, costing and material utilisation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Logistics and other cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure workshop organisation, safety, housekeeping and discipline.
• Resolve production issues, delays and technical bottlenecks.
• Utilise ERP system for production planning, inventory, work orders and reporting.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong background in electrical systems or technical products.
• Hands‑on experience with assembly‑based production and material selection.
• Proven leadership managing production teams across multiple sites.
• Experience with process optimisation and Lean Manufacturing.
