Product Owner – Travel Visa Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the development of our fast‑growing travel visa platform. You will act as the central hub between marketing, fulfillment, support and engineering, turning business goals into clear product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and lead sprint planning.
• Translate marketing and business needs into well‑defined technical initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and QA to shape, refine and validate solutions.
• Represent the voice of the customer by working with support teams and analyzing user behavior.
• Prioritize high‑value work, monitor progress and keep the team focused on delivering MVPs.
• Use product analytics and session recordings to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly roadmap planning with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience in agile product development and backlog management.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a data‑driven decision approach.

Required skills

• Fluency with AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code.
