Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to maintain and improve our Linux‑based infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and overall system reliability. The role requires hands‑on experience with server administration, automation, and basic security, while working independently on production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Linux server infrastructure, including virtualization and hosting environments.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline operational tasks.
• Monitor systems for performance, availability, and security issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting and incident response for production environments.
• Support deployment processes for internal and client‑facing applications.
• Apply basic security hardening and best practices across managed systems.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps, systems administration, or infrastructure role.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux administration.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline configuration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, basic protocols).
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., Proxmox, VMware).
• Basic knowledge of security best practices for server and infrastructure management.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities during assigned shifts.
