Product Manager – DELL (Africa Distribution)

About the role

Hiperdist is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the DELL portfolio within its Africa Distribution team. You will be the primary liaison between Hiperdist and DELL, driving revenue growth, partner engagement and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth that outpaces the market, capture share from competitors and meet gross‑margin targets.
• Own annual business planning, budget oversight and quarterly financial reviews with Finance & Administration.
• Serve as the single point of contact for DELL, honour all vendor commitments and manage the yearly calendar of planning sessions, business reviews and sales calls.
• Conduct quarterly partner landscape reviews and drive activities that build capacity, capabilities and long‑term loyalty.
• Lead sales forecasting, inventory management and resource reviews to ensure predictable revenue and cash flow.
• Build, manage and develop a high‑performing team, providing quarterly market feedback and championing Group policies.
• Drive marketing initiatives that generate leads, enhance brand awareness and expand the digital/social presence.
• Mentor team members and invest in their professional development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at a partner or distributor of relevant vendor goods and services.
• University degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant vendor certifications obtained within the last three years.
• Proven track record in team building, mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel.
