About the role

The Picker position at BeytMod is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Mansourieh. You will be responsible for accurately locating, selecting and preparing merchandise to fulfil both store and online orders while maintaining a clean and safe storage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and pick items from stock locations according to product codes and quantities.
• Check items for correct condition and prepare them for shipment.
• Organise and replenish shelves or racks to keep stock areas orderly.
• Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with store staff and supervisors to meet order deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling product codes and quantities.
• Good physical stamina – ability to stand, walk, lift and move merchandise throughout the shift.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to prioritise tasks.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic familiarity with inventory or point‑of‑sale systems; training on handheld devices is provided.
• Reliability, customer‑focused mindset and willingness to follow safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail or warehouse experience is an advantage.
