Operations Manager (Sales, Logistics, Distribution)

About the role

The Operations & Administration Manager will oversee day‑to‑day activities across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Administration and Government Relations for the company’s operations in Abidjan and the wider West‑African region. The role ensures operational efficiency, timely order fulfilment, accurate inventory, compliant administrative processes and proper payroll preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Administration departments.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee Sales team activities, track performance against targets and ensure timely order processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee product availability and on‑time deliveries.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and audits, and manage replenishment.
• Manage transportation and distribution, optimise routes and fleet utilisation, and monitor delivery performance.
• Oversee all administrative functions, maintain company records, licences and permits, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Review attendance and overtime records, prepare and validate monthly payroll data in coordination with Finance/HR.
