About the role
The System Operator supports daily warehouse and sales operations by handling a range of transactional activities. This position ensures smooth processing of transfers, orders, label and invoice printing, and dispatching while maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Execute transactions such as product transfers, order entry, label printing, invoice printing and dispatching.
- Troubleshoot minor warehouse management issues to prevent data discrepancies.
- Prepare a daily journal that includes end‑of‑day sales reports for all warehouses and sales teams.
- Adjust stock levels after receiving approval from commercial stakeholders for marketing or inventory correction purposes.
- Print barcodes for HOLDAL’s products to support operational workflows.
Required profile
- High school diploma or technical degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Fluent Arabic and basic English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
