Performance Manager – Digital Media (Beirut)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Manager to lead the performance marketing strategy for a portfolio of markets from our Beirut office. The role involves owning end‑to‑end campaign execution, client relationships and team development across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performance marketing strategies across several markets.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trust and delivering results.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring best‑practice adoption.
• Prepare paid‑media proposals, presentations and performance reports.
• Maintain relationships with digital platform partners and oversee campaign setup, optimisation, tracking and reporting.
• Meet performance targets and translate outcomes into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with account leads and other business units to align long‑term plans.
• Introduce innovative tactics, beta features and industry best practices to clients.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in digital media, managing regional or multi‑market accounts.
• Proven ability to work in high‑volume environments and deliver measurable results.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong presentation and client‑management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with a creative approach to user acquisition.
