Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Operations Specialist will serve as the operational backbone of ECG Brands' marketing department, supporting franchise growth across Canada. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will manage digital workspaces, automate processes, and act as the main liaison for franchise partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the marketing department’s Notion workspace, translating requests into actionable tasks and tracking project timelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for franchise partners, handling communication, triaging local marketing requests, and providing access to corporate assets.
• Set up, manage lists, and deploy email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns.
• Organize digital assets and documentation in Google Drive and Notion for easy access.
• Build and maintain automation workflows with n8n and Zapier to reduce manual tasks.
• Leverage generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to streamline administrative work and draft communications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or a technical administrative role.
• Relevant education such as B.Com, BBA, or equivalent experience.
• Strong familiarity with Notion databases and pages.
• Hands‑on experience with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Vault, Campaigns).
• Franchise network experience is a plus.
