Performance Associate – MENA

About the role

As a Performance Associate for the MENA region, you will support the execution and optimisation of performance media campaigns across search, social and display channels, helping clients drive revenue growth and improve brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise paid media campaigns, managing keyword bids, negative keywords and overall campaign structure.
• Conduct Search Query Report (SQR) analysis to identify low‑performing keywords and implement improvements.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Analyse campaign results, track trends, document learnings and contribute to future strategy development.
• Evaluate user‑engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate) to refine ad creative, landing pages and targeting.
• Perform in‑depth audience and paid‑media performance analysis to inform targeting, messaging and budget allocation.
• Oversee finance reconciliation, verify spend, identify discrepancies and ensure accurate budget reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
• Experience in digital media, paid‑media campaign management or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in performance‑media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
• Ability to conduct keyword analysis and bid management.
• Experience with reporting tools and data visualisation.
