Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and meeting business objectives through data‑driven paid media campaigns across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch comprehensive paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Use Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 to track conversions, measure results, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement integrations and automation between marketing tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Provide strategic recommendations on channel selection, budget allocation, and audience targeting for B2B and B2C clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Proven track record of scaling and optimizing paid media initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
