Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The role will drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support business objectives through strategic paid media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize performance using data‑driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Use Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 to track performance, measure conversions and identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement integrations and automation between marketing tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Provide strategic recommendations on channel selection, budget allocation and audience targeting for B2B and B2C clients.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in paid media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in paid media, especially social media advertising.
• Proven track record of managing, optimizing and scaling campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
