Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships for SALTEK’s bakery equipment solutions. The role involves frequent visits to bakeries and industrial customers, presenting equipment, and providing consultative recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit bakeries and industrial customers to present SALTEK’s equipment and production line solutions.
• Prepare, follow up on quotations and negotiate terms with clients.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
• Conduct market research, territory planning and report on sales activities and customer feedback.
• Represent SALTEK at client sites, industry events and trade shows as needed.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification and negotiation.
• Customer relationship management ability to build trust and provide consultative solutions.
• Technical understanding of industrial or food‑processing equipment and ability to learn product specifications.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage a sales territory and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Beirut and other regions.
• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing or food industry sectors.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, accurate record‑keeping, reporting and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Commitment to ethical, non‑discriminatory practices and collaborative teamwork.

Required skills

• Ability to learn product specifications and interpret floor maps with process flows and MEP.

• Effective communication and presentation in English and Arabic.
