Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Representative will promote Scento d’Italia’s perfume collections in outdoor locations across Beirut, including retail partners, pop‑up stands, and events. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on engaging customers, sharing the brand story, and converting interactions into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Approach potential customers in designated outdoor venues and present fragrance samples.
• Explain product features, brand heritage, and storytelling elements to drive interest.
• Maintain relationships with retailers, set up displays, and manage basic inventory at points of sale.
• Track daily sales, report performance metrics, and provide feedback on customer preferences.
• Support local marketing initiatives, including promotional events and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities with a proven track record of initiating conversations and closing sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering compelling brand narratives.
• Organizational and time‑management competence for planning routes, handling stock, and recording data accurately.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods, resilient, reliable, and physically able to stand and move throughout the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail, field‑sales, or fragrance/beauty experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as spreadsheets.
• Experience using mobile reporting applications.
