Digital Sales & Growth Manager

About the role

Tomohi, the digital education platform of CIS Group, is looking for a results‑driven Digital Sales & Growth Manager. You will lead sales initiatives, boost learner acquisition, and drive revenue growth across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase registrations, subscriptions, and overall revenue.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets, monitor performance, and report forecasts to management.
• Manage the sales pipeline, lead conversion, and performance of Digital Sales Representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with schools, universities, corporations, and other partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns with sales activities and with Operations to ensure accurate course, pricing, and promotion information.
• Continuously improve the sales process and customer journey based on market trends and competitor analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in digital or e‑learning environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to set targets, forecast sales, and track key performance indicators.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building partnerships and closing deals.
• Leadership ability to supervise, coach, and motivate a sales team.
