Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our consumer goods portfolio within a defined territory. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and ensuring optimal product placement in retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive continuous revenue growth.
• Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Increase numerical distribution by placing products in appropriate retail locations.
• Monitor inventory levels, prepare replenishment orders, and coordinate with merchandisers.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors’ activities and use insights for strategic product listing.
• Generate daily reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Recruit new clients and expand distribution coverage.
• Manage contract execution, invoice collection, and overdue accounts.
• Monitor product expiry dates and coordinate stock rotation to minimize returns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and commercial portfolio management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
