About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell a broad portfolio of sports equipment. You will work across assigned territories, meeting retailers, gyms, sports clubs, schools and individual customers to generate new business and grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell sports equipment to retailers, gyms, clubs, schools and private customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct outdoor visits, product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow‑ups and excellent service.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and market feedback to management.
  • Monitor competitors’ products, market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions and trade shows as required.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales; experience in sports or outdoor equipment sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
  • Own a car for field visits.
  • Passion for sports and an active lifestyle is preferred.
