About the role

The Outdoor Sales – Life Insurance role is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Jal El Dib. You will actively prospect and engage potential clients, delivering personalized life‑insurance consultations and designing customized coverage solutions that match individual needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and qualify new business opportunities in the field.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to assess client requirements and propose tailored life‑insurance plans.
• Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in continuous training on product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven track record in sales and sales management with a focus on meeting revenue goals.
• Experience in training or mentoring peers is advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills
