Outdoor B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Trust CI-Consultancy & Investment is seeking a motivated Outdoor B2B Sales Representative to expand its portfolio of business services across Lebanon. This field‑based position involves meeting owners of SMEs, restaurants, clinics, and other enterprises, presenting tailored solutions, and closing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Visit SMEs, restaurants, cafes, clinics, shops and offices daily to generate new business.
• Identify decision‑makers, assess client needs and propose payroll, HR outsourcing, ISO certification, tax & audit advisory, or digital solutions.
• Prospect new leads through direct outreach, referrals and networking across Beirut, Tripoli, Saida and the South.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reports and track sales activities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance, banking, telecom, software or FMCG.
• Proven ability to approach new clients, handle rejection and achieve targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident when dealing with business owners.
• Fluent Arabic and working English.
• Own transportation is a strong advantage and willingness to travel across the country.
