Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join a fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organisation expanding into Lebanon. You will work on campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, selling cutting‑edge AI and technology solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers using a dedicated in‑house dialer.
• Engage with decision‑makers, qualify prospects and book high‑quality sales meetings.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI‑related products.
• Maintain consistent calling activity, record outcomes and work toward performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong confidence communicating with strangers over the phone and resilience to frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and able to conduct several hours of cold calls per day.
• Available Monday‑Friday 10:00‑18:00 and able to work onsite at Beirut Digital District.

Required skills

• Excellent spoken English (C1).
• Strong objection‑handling and active listening.
