Operations & Customer Success Manager (Remote)

About the role

Easemble is looking for a highly organized Operations & Customer Success Manager with an engineering background to drive onboarding, project delivery, and client relationships for its interactive 3D instruction platform. This remote position offers significant growth potential as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end customer onboarding, from kickoff to successful launch.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Conduct product demos and present Easemble to prospective customers.
• Support the sales process by qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and assisting with closures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving designers, developers, and contractors.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects to high standards.
• Improve and document internal processes, manage Jira boards, timelines, and task prioritization.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and customer documentation.
• Assist with hiring, contractor coordination, and overall business operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, engineering, or customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with international clients and leading online meetings.
• Self‑motivated and able to work remotely.
