Operations Coordinator (US Working Hours)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our US‑based operations while working from our Jdeideh office. The role requires strong English communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks during US night‑shift hours.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source qualified service providers across the United States and develop long‑term partnerships.
• Conduct negotiation calls, coordinate schedules, and confirm technical assessments with providers.
• Analyze data and repair options to produce accurate technical quotes and work plans.
• Handle procurement activities, ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials, components, and equipment.
• Maintain internal systems with up‑to‑date documentation, photos, invoices, and approvals.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Motivated, committed, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to work the specified US night‑shift schedule, including occasional early‑morning shifts.
