On-Trade Sales Representative

About the role
The On‑Trade Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs and other on‑trade venues. You will promote our beverage portfolio, ensure product availability and drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase distribution and volume across key on‑trade accounts.
- Develop long‑term relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners and event planners to secure repeat business.
- Visit customers regularly to introduce new products, conduct tastings and execute brand‑building activities.
- Prepare tailored sales proposals, negotiate pricing and promotional terms, and close deals.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and consumer preferences to adapt sales tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, forecasts and achievements; report market feedback to management.
- Support promotional events, tastings and product launches to boost visibility.
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in the on‑trade, hospitality or beverage sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and attend events as needed.
