Non-Formal Education Project Manager

About the role

The Non‑Formal Education Project Manager will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of non‑formal education programmes that empower young people and strengthen communities in Lebanon. The role oversees stakeholder engagement, project planning, reporting, compliance and funded programme delivery to achieve high‑quality, sustainable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, delivery partners and suppliers, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting and budget control, using SAP reporting and variance analysis to maintain accuracy.
• Develop and execute project management plans, including risk mitigation, procurement, contracting and compliance.
• Lead data management, quality assurance, monitoring, analysis and progress reporting to meet programme and funding requirements.
• Support business development by contributing to commercial proposals and embedding EDI and gender‑sensitive programming.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project procurement, evaluation and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing project budgets, financial planning and expenditure.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse groups.
