About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized intern to support the coordination and day‑to‑day management of the Cercle des Dirigeants (CDD) program within our Executive Education department.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of academic modules, including schedules, materials, rooms, catering, and logistics.
- Assist in organizing CDD events, networking activities, and community gatherings, handling invitations, registrations, and event logistics.
- Maintain and update participant databases, directories, attendance records, and other program data.
- Prepare and update Excel files, reports, agendas, presentations, and tracking tools.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the CDD program.
Required profile
- Master’s student or recent graduate in Management, Business Administration.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with data.
