Medical Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant to join Naqaa Medical Center in Beirut. The role supports the multidisciplinary team by ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and effective communication across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake, registration, and documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, follow‑up visits, and referrals.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records in line with clinical standards.
• Support communication between patients, physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection‑control and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong patient service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Relevant education or training in healthcare administration or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
