Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist

About the role

Union Healthcare Partners is seeking a Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist to strengthen its PV system and ensure regulatory compliance. You will act as the main liaison with the Ministry of Health and suppliers, managing safety data collection, assessment, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PV contact for the Ministry of Health and suppliers.
• Maintain PV systems and databases, documenting safety data per guidelines.
• Coordinate collection, assessment, and reporting of ADRs, AEs, and other PV issues.
• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations and literature screening.
• Submit ICSR, PSUR/PBRER, RMPs and support PASS monitoring.
• Maintain the Pharmacovigilance System Master File and oversee risk management plans.
• Support audits, inspections and develop CAPA plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.
• 3‑4 years of pharmacovigilance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; Arabic or French a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance guidelines.
• Experience with safety databases and standard reporting tools.
