Math Editor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Math Editor to join our publishing team. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and quality of mathematics textbooks and related educational material. The position is based on‑site, Monday to Friday with a Saturday half‑day, and offers the chance to work on a variety of educational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and proofread mathematics textbooks, correcting errors and ensuring consistency across all chapters.
• Rewrite specific content to improve clarity, readability, and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Research new mathematical topics and integrate them seamlessly into existing material.
• Collaborate with fellow editors, graphic designers, and illustrators on project‑specific tasks and timelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Computer literacy with basic office software proficiency.
• Proven teaching experience; experience with exam preparation is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with creative problem‑solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
