About the role
YMY Tutoring is seeking a Private Tutor to provide one‑on‑one academic support to university students in Balluna. The role is contract‑based and focuses on in‑person sessions, helping learners grasp complex concepts, complete assignments, and prepare for exams.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons for university‑level subjects.
- Explain difficult topics clearly and guide students through projects and assignments.
- Assist with exam preparation and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student progress, maintain communication, and coordinate schedules for consistent sessions.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in one or more university‑level disciplines.
- Proven tutoring, teaching or mentoring experience with adaptable methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and professionalism in an on‑site setting.
- Relevant academic background (current enrollment or completed degree) and proficiency in English.
