About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of omnichannel strategies, integrating offline retail concepts with our e‑commerce platform to create a seamless customer experience. This senior‑level role is responsible for driving brand equity, expanding distribution channels, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop annual business plans to meet growth targets.
- Expand distribution channels, customer selection, and product portfolio.
- Lead brand‑building initiatives to enhance equity and supplier partnerships.
- Optimize organizational structure to achieve business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, covering commercial terms, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conceptualize and launch innovative offline retail concepts that integrate with e‑commerce.
- Define and execute experiential retail formats and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build strategic partnerships with global and regional premium brands.
- Represent the department in high‑level negotiations and business reviews.
- Drive digital transformation to improve customer experience, online conversion, and lifetime value.
- Oversee e‑commerce platform development and performance metrics.
- Champion premium customer care across all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage CRM, loyalty programs, and personalized shopping experiences.
