Marketing Director – Group Marketing Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Marketing Director to shape and execute the group‑wide marketing strategy across multiple portfolio companies. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will own brand growth, demand generation, and performance marketing for both direct‑to‑consumer and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a unified marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Lead all digital marketing functions including paid media, social, CRM, email, SEO/SEM, content, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and demand generation for DTC and wholesale units.
• Own brand positioning and storytelling while allowing differentiation across brands.
• Develop partnership and ecosystem marketing initiatives to support commercial growth.
• Manage the group marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure performance accountability.
• Build, mentor, and lead a centralized team of 7+ marketers.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for cross‑brand performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and AI‑driven marketing technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA a plus).
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in ecommerce, retail, technology, or high‑growth environments.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of converting data into actionable decisions.
