Managed Services Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Managed Services Engineer to develop, implement and support solutions across our customers’ test and production environments. You will troubleshoot issues across database, application, network and integration layers while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and deploy services using available software licenses and tools.
• Gather, document and manage change‑request requirements, overseeing seamless implementation.
• Create and maintain database procedures and related functions to meet application needs.
• Deploy, test and validate changes, supporting customers during User Acceptance Testing.
• Maintain and optimise existing services for performance, scalability and reliability.
• Provide technical support via phone, email and on‑site, diagnosing hardware, software and network issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform regular health checks and be available for after‑hours emergency support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CCE or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of DevOps experience covering the full software lifecycle.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to document and track requests accurately.

Required skills

• DevOps practices and tools.
• Wireshark or similar network‑troubleshooting applications.
• Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database engines.
• Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
