Low Code Developer

About the role

This fully remote Low Code Developer role turns requests from a team's work list into small apps and connected workflows. Visual builders handle most steps, while you write code when a request needs more control. A technology team lead helps you choose practical solutions and checks your progress. The position is fully remote, with work from home supported by clear team updates, and pays a monthly base salary of USD 1,230 - 1,440 plus bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming requests in a work management tool such as Trello, confirming priorities and expected outcomes before building.
• Ask colleagues how they complete their work today, map the steps and information needed, and identify review points.
• Build visual apps with a no-code app builder such as Bubble, connecting steps through an automation tool such as Make.
• Write prompts for an AI assistant such as ChatGPT and check every AI answer before using or sharing it.
• Write, test and fix code when visual settings are not enough, saving versions in a tool such as Bitbucket.
• Test screens, forms and connected steps with normal and failed cases, add checks and alerts, and write short guides for colleagues.
• Watch new workflows after release, keep a list of owners and connections, and suggest improvements.
• Share progress and unresolved problems with the technology team lead.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience building real automations or AI workflows, including work and personal projects.
• Conversational spoken English and clear written English.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection and reliable electricity.
• Ability to build with visual tools and little code, and to know when custom code is needed.
• Careful testing habits, including checking AI outputs against the original request.
• Ability to write clear progress updates and practical guides, and respect for private information and access limits.

Required skills

• Basic JavaScript for small changes, reading errors and testing fixes.
• Familiarity with connected workflows, forms and stored information.
• Experience with no-code app builders such as Bubble and automation tools such as Make.
