Junior Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our team and assist customers with system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with clients to ensure their environments run smoothly and that new features are properly tested and documented.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the system and integrate it with existing network elements and third‑party applications.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve system issues by reviewing logs, services, and databases.
• Manage customer databases, hardware, and web applications.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to clients, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Track new feature requests and bugs through a dedicated tracking system.
• Test new software versions, evaluate added modules, and resolve identified bugs.
• Prepare regular status reports for clients.
• Write user manuals and technical documentation.
• Assist in client training and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Communications, or a related field.
• 0‑1+ years of experience in technical or software support.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage customer issues.
• Familiarity with change‑management processes.
• Excellent written communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a drive to create a positive work environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Fundamental hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of system configuration and network integration.
